the location was convenient. my room was clean and quiet. the bed provided great comfort. the staff were kind .
the towels were quite small. the air conditioning system seemed a little cold. the hotel lacked an iron in the room, which i needed. the price felt a bit high for what was offered.

The location is definitely a plus. I could easily reach many attractions. The bar also had amazing views. The staff was friendly, and I felt welcome.
My room was quite cold even after turning off the air conditioning. It reminded me of a fridge. Hot water was almost nonexistent. I also asked for European plug adaptors, but I was told to buy them at a nearby store.

the staff stored my bags before check-in, allowing me to explore. the 9th-floor lounge offered a comfortable waiting area. the location is ideal. you can easily access shops, the underground, monuments, museums, or theaters!
The reception area felt a bit small. There were not many seats available for waiting.

The room was not comfortable at all, despite the supposed design. i found the room stuffy. The air con seemed broken. the bed was quite hard. I did not get a good night's sleep.
